Shipping Policy

At Priyam Silks, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. We partner exclusively with reputed courier services like FedEx, DHL, BlueDart, and Ecom Express to ensure reliable domestic and international shipping.

1. Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed during weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

  • Domestic Shipping (Within India): Orders are typically delivered within 4 to 7 working days.

  • International Shipping (Outside India): Delivery generally takes 10 to 15 working days.

🌐 Please Note: International delivery timelines may vary depending on the presence of our courier partners in the destination country and can occasionally take longer than estimated due to customs processing.


2. Shipping Charges

📦 Express Delivery (Hyderabad Only)

We offer Express Delivery within 24 hours from the time the order is placed, valid strictly within Hyderabad City limits.

  • Express Delivery Fee: ₹250 per order.

🇮🇳 Domestic Shipping Rates (Within India)

  • First Saree: ₹300

  • Second Saree: ₹200

  • Each Additional Saree: ₹100 (applied to the same order)

✈️ International Shipping Rates (Outside India)

  • First Saree: ₹1,500

  • Each Additional Saree: ₹500

  • Customs & Duties: Any customs clearance charges, import duties, or local taxes levied by the destination country must be borne entirely by the customer.


3. Customer Responsibilities & Delivery Accuracy

  • Address Accuracy: Customers must provide a complete, accurate, and valid delivery address and PIN/Postal code when placing an order or creating an account.

  • Liability: Priyam Silks is not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. No refunds can be claimed for delays caused by incorrect information or factors beyond our control.


4. Third-Party Delivery & Missing Parcels

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery and provide prior instructions to the courier partner to hand over the shipment to a third party (such as a neighbor or security personnel), the following terms apply:

  • Transfer of Liability: Once the parcel is handed over to the designated third party as per your instructions, the responsibility of the shipment lies entirely with you. Priyam Silks will not be liable for subsequent loss or damage.

  • 7-Day Escalation Window: In the event of non-delivery or missing shipments, any escalation or complaint must be reported to our customer support team within 7 days from the scheduled delivery date.

  • Policy Limitation: Priyam Silks will not accept any complaints, claims, or liability for non-delivery reported after this 7-day window.
