For any legal or equitable action not subject to arbitration, you agree to resolve disputes exclusively within the jurisdiction of the High Court of Telangana, India.
To ensure timely resolution, you agree that any cause of action or claim arising out of or related to the Site must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose; otherwise, the claim is permanently barred.
