Damaged or Defective Items Only: Returns or exchanges are strictly accepted only if the product received is damaged or defective.
Invalid Claims: Damages resulting from improper product care, handling, or usage after delivery are not eligible for a return or exchange.
24-48 Hour Window: Any issue regarding damage, color shade, length, or defects must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
Mandatory Unboxing Video: To help us process your request efficiently, customers are required to record a continuous, clear video of the package being unboxed. This serves as crucial proof for our quality check team.

What to Include: Your email must contain comprehensive details of the defect, your Name, Order Number, Mobile Number, and an attached image/video of the product’s issue.
For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following criteria during our Quality Check (QC) inspection:
It must be in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
The product must be in its saleable condition, maintaining its original folds and packaging.
All original price tags and product tags must remain intact.
Damaged Delivery Parcels: If the courier partner attempts to deliver a package that is visibly torn, tampered with, or opened, please refuse to accept it. Priyam Silks will not be responsible for the contents if a damaged parcel is accepted by the customer.
Labeling the Return: Clearly write your Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number on top of the return packaging.
Proof of Purchase: You must include the original shipping invoice or gift receipt inside the return package.
Approved Carriers: Returns sent by post/courier must only be dispatched through a company-designated carrier.
Customer Responsibility: Generally, the customer is responsible for paying the courier charges when returning or exchanging a product.
Mistake by Priyam Silks: If the return is due to an error on our end (e.g., wrong item sent or verified manufacturing defect), we will take full responsibility. The courier charges incurred by you will be reimbursed in the form of a store credit note/voucher.
Ineligible Returns: If our QC team inspects the returned product and deems it ineligible for a return, we will notify you via your registered email or phone. If you wish to have the product sent back to you, you must bear the return courier charges.
Upon receiving and thoroughly inspecting the returned product, Priyam Silks reserves the sole discretion to proceed with one of the following:
Issue a Credit Note / Voucher that can be redeemed against future purchases on the Priyam Silks website.
Offer an Exchange for another product of your choice (of equal or lesser value to the original purchase).
Dismiss the return request if the product fails to meet our quality check conditions.
